ITRA Pty Ltd trades as Interactive Training Resources Australia and TrainTrac. We prepare the resources for a workplace training session and keep the booking, the attendance list and the training record. The office is at King Edward Road, Osborne Park.

Named for the work: Interactive Training Resources Australia, and a register called TrainTrac. We do not publish a public course catalogue.
Bookings and attendance
TrainTrac is how we take bookings and mark who attended. Session time, site and roll sit in one place so the workplace and the trainer use the same list.
Training records
When the session closes, attendance and what was covered are written into the record against that booking.
What happens on a course day
Four things that have to happen, in order, or the record is incomplete.
Before
Confirm
The workplace and the trainer agree the time, the site and the attendance list before the session starts.
Brief
Instruct
Participants are told what the session covers. The trainer then walks through the work as it is done on site.
Room
Practise
People try the work under the trainer’s eye, using the same equipment and procedures they will use afterwards.
After
Record
Attendance and what was covered are written into TrainTrac, and the session is closed against the booking.
